3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Preparation: Remove all personal belongings, valuables, and unnecessary items from the vehicle before the appointment. The Company is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of items left in the vehicle.
  • Key Availability: Provide access to the vehicle and ensure keys are available during the service.
  • Special Instructions: Notify us of any areas to avoid or specific concerns prior to the start of the service.

4. Payment Terms

  • Fees for services are listed in the invoice provided upon booking.
  • Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, and bank transfer. We do not accept checks.
  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your appointment.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Appointments canceled with at least 48 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund of any prepaid fees.
  • No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may forfeit the deposit.
  • If the Company cancels your appointment, you will receive a full refund of any prepaid fees.

6. Quality Assurance

  • We strive to deliver the best results possible within the scope of the agreed service.
  • A final inspection is conducted with the customer at the end of the service. Any concerns must be raised at that time or within 24 hours.
  • We do not guarantee restoration to “factory” or "like new" conditions.

7. Insurance and Liability

  • The Company is fully insured to operate and service your vehicle.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues identified during the service process.
  • Customers agree to hold the Company harmless for any incidental damage beyond our control.

8. Vehicle Movement

  • By using our Services, you authorize us to move your vehicle as necessary for service completion.
  • For certain services, vehicles may be moved to a secondary location nearby. Customers will be informed beforehand.

9. Feedback and Marketing

  • We welcome feedback to improve our Services. Please contact us directly with any concerns before posting reviews online.
  • By agreeing to these Terms, you grant the Company permission to use images of your vehicle for marketing purposes, excluding personal or identifiable information. You may opt-out by notifying us in writing.
